Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager (Hybrid)
About the Role
Join a dynamic and fast-paced insurance team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to commercial clients by managing their accounts, addressing their insurance needs, and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide proactive support to clients by addressing inquiries, policy changes, and claims processes.
- Collaborate with producers and underwriters to design and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, renewals, and policy reviews to clients.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the agency management system.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in commercial lines account management or a related insurance role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build client relationships.
- Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $80,000.
